This course guides students through fundamental project management concepts and behavioral skills needed to success-fully launch, lead, and realize benefits from projects in profit and nonprofit organizations. Successful project managers skillfully manage their resources, schedules, risks, and scope to produce a desired outcome. In this course, students explore project management with a practical, hands-on approach through case studies and class exercises.This module also emphasize the importance of industry 4.0 project management in implementing the fourth industrial revolution successfully.
Every student will be exposed to research specific work in the field of MBA. This will help to build expertise among students for the design of the research project, conduct of the project, data analysis and in reporting the research results appropriately for this course. The students will gain knowledge to evaluate and manage appropriately technologies to improve the operational functions of a business industry.
Courses
This course provides a general management perspective of the role of operations in companies in both the manufacturing and service industries. It offers a broad survey of the concepts and techniques involved in designing and managing operations. Students explore the role of operations in building the competitive strength of the firm and in fulfilling the firm’s goal of creating value and delivering customer satisfaction. This course will also emphasize on the Supply Chain 4.0 which will make a business organization grow faster, more flexible, more granular, more accurate, and more efficient.
The module will develop a student’s knowledge of the global economic and business environment and use this knowledge to inform the development of the strategy for managing dynamic global markets and contexts. The module will also explore how global environmental changes affect the ways in which companies respond tactically, both within regions and countries and across borders.

This course introduces students to the concepts, practices, systems, and technologies of business intelligence, which supports enterprise level data management, analysis, reporting, and decision making. The students are exposed to the current Business Intelligent tools, are expected to apply Business Intelligent tools to solve the case study.
Business research methods constitute one of the core courses in business studies for the primary reason that it furnishes the requisite knowledge, skills, and tools to address the requirement for information under conditions of uncertainty. This course is designed to introduce students to the research methods that can be used in most business research and other research related to the social phenomenon. The areas that will be covered include an introduction to the scientific method, research process, ethics in research, research design, measurement, sampling, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and report writing.

This subject introduces students to the importance of accounting and financial management in business operations. Students will understand the effects of environmental changes on the financial performance of the firm. Accounting & Finance is an interdisciplinary approach that borrows from both managerial accounting and corporate finance. Sound financial management creates value and organizational agility through the allocation of scarce resources amongst competing business opportunities.
The course strategic management and ethics are designed to provide an integrated examination of traditional and emerging strategic and ethical business management issues. It explores how the overall direction and strategy of the organization is constructed, established, implemented, and revised. The focus is on analyzing, creating, and implementing strategy within the context of the firm's resources and digital business capabilities. This course is the capstone course of the MBA program and is offered in the final semester.
The module will explore a range of different perspectives on entrepreneurship and the activities of entrepreneurs. The module inculcating a mind-set that supports entrepreneurship and innovation. The intention is to prepare students to develop the understanding, attitude, and skills that will help them to create and implement innovative entrepreneurship.
This subject seeks to enhance students’ understanding of the micro and macroeconomics environment which affects a business and decision making by managers. Discussions will focus on the basic models of the firm, examines some of the criticisms of the model, and offer alternatives in its place. Factors influencing the firm’s supply and demand and price, various elastic ties, and market structures in which the firm is operating will also be discussed. Attention is given to discuss the production theory and estimation, Production with one variable, two variables, and Optimal combination of input. Finally clarifying Cost theory and market structure with perfect competition, monopoly, and monopolistic competitions.
